Cost Basis

Cost basis is the original value of an asset and is generally used to determine the capital gain from a sale of securities. The Cost Basis panel lets you access these functions:

Position Transfer Cost Basis: Specify the cost basis for positions transferred into your account using ACATS, ATON or FOP position transfer methods.
- Forex Cost Basis: Update the cost basis for your Forex balances as of December 31, 2009.
